Job Description

Job Description: The role requires the person to independently manage and meet all the Recruitment needs and processes of the studio for its domestic and International offices. This role would require the person to: • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from understanding the business needs and fulfil them, while using innovative methodologies and tools for sourcing. • Build a strong pool of active and passive Talent for the studios’ short and long term growth plans. • Create standardized Job Descriptions and assist in evaluations by designing and using Skill matrix, Tests, Psychometric evaluations and more. • Use the social media for maximum outreach. Assisting in building the studios “Employer Brand”. • Recommend and, wherever applicable, implement new initiatives / best practices to build “Talent Acquisition” as a pro-business function (provide quality talent at competitive cost within framed timelines). Additionally the role will include, but is not limited to, Vendor Management, Negotiations, Background Verifications, MIS management and more. The person may also be required to extend support in other HR functions, as per business needs. Experience required: 2 years – 5 years Nature of Experience: Recruitments with exposure to HR Operations, preferably from a Animation / Gaming / Consultancy / IT / ITes, background. Qualification: • PG Diploma/ Degree in Business Management / HR / Talent acquisition/ Recruitments, Specialization in HR. • Under graduates from any discipline with hands on experience in Staffing and recruitments in an IT / Gaming / Creative Art background will also be considered. • Relevant qualification in Engineering, Programming, Creative Art, Graphics will be preferred. Desired Candidate Must Be: • Good in written & Spoken English Communication. • Good in Presentation Skills. • Computer Proficient. • Strong in networking and sourcing. • Good at Negotiating. • Performance driven, solution oriented, Creative and eager to learn new things. • Adaptable to changes. • Process Oriented. • Exposure to HR Best practices will be an added advantage. Recruitment & Staffing Experience in Animation OR Information Technology OR related Industries is a Must.
