Job Description

Job Description: This role will support the HR Manager for ALL HR functions and tasks. Operations • SPOC for (own and manage) the complete employee Life cycle functions – from Pre-joining to Exits. • Participate in all audits for various Operational processes. • Assist in Design and implementation of Recognition and Rewards practices. MIS • Record and maintain all employee records and documents. • Participate in periodical audits. • Create and maintain MIS for all. Employee Engagement • Act as 1st level HR contact point for all employee grievances. • Act as the HR Ambassador • Own and wherever required assist in the design and implementation of effective Employee Engagement activities. • Promote organizational health and harmony by supporting build-up of a transparent, open and efficient work culture. Compensation & Benefits • Manage Statutory Compliance. • Implement the compensation practices internally. • Assist in mapping Industrial Trends and best practices in Compensation & Benefits. • Review and suggest changes in C&B practices in the interest of the employees and the organization. • Work closely with the Payroll vendor for monthly payroll. • Support in carrying out new C& B initiatives, strategies. • Act as HR contact point for payroll related employee grievances. • Process owner for corporate salary account and banking for employees. Performance Management • Support in design, implementation and execution of the Performance Management System. • Create, maintain and upkeep confidential MIS, reports and data related to employee performance. Policies and Practices • Actively support in the design of new policies, review of existing policies as well as administering policies & systems along with the core management team. • Support in building the policies and practices as “a way of living “into the Organization. Learning & Development • Actively assist in the design and execution of L&D initiatives for the company. New Initiatives • Support actively the HR Head / Functional Heads in design and administration of new / strategic initiatives to consistently improve organizational efficiency and productivity as well as improve employee satisfaction. • Assist in Design & Implementation of Employer Branding activities. Hiring and Orientation • Assist in the Recruitment and post joining initiatives wherever required. • Conducting preliminary round of interviews, Short listing and Selection of Candidates. • Conducting pre – and post joining formalities of the new recruits like Background verification, Induction, Allocation of resources, coordination with line managers. Desired Candidate must be: • Excellent in written and Spoken English. • Good at Presentations and Negotiations, • Process Oriented, • Should have exposure to HR Best practices, • Exposure to Automated HR Processes will be an added advantage. • Computer geek, preferably. Proficiency in computers is a MUST, • Flexible to work in dynamic, unstructured environments. • Optimistic, • Self-starter, • Team Player, • performance driven - solution oriented, • Creative and eager to learn new things , • Adaptable to changes.
