Job Description

Business Development Officer KRA’s Cold calls | Delivers results | Target oriented | Develop new business relationships | Follow up on delivery | Customer Satisfaction | Site Visits Roles and Responsibilities • Identify key existing and potential customers and develop them (Connect with the potential customers to generate new business opportunities) e.g. construction and real estate. • Visit construction sites ever day (to identify potential clients and follow up continuously (for exploring new business opportunity). • Maintain Complete data of Customers • Handling Customers: 1. Builders 2. Contractors 3. Architects 4. Interior Designers 5. Consultants 6. Individuals • Maintain detailed project chart for every customer and keep a track of progress of construction/status time to time. 1. Site address and site engineers contact details 2. Project details- no of Projects, Size of the project, Stage of the Projects. 3. Product specifications- Required products and their time frame • Preparation & Implementation of customer visitation plan 1. Day wise customer visitation plan with specific objectives 2. Weekly & monthly customer visitation plan • Handling customer enquiries & submission of relevant information • Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format • Handling customer quotation & customer Purchase Orders • Handling customer sale invoice & acknowledgements. • Planning monthly sales target & achieving sales • Project the daily, weekly or monthly sales figures, customer visit plan & daily activity report to the Store Manager. • Having a formal presentation & coordinating with Franchise Owner as in when required in the presence/absence of Store Manager with regards business outcome. • Coordinate with dispatch department and procurement executive for delivery confirmation, thereof customer satisfaction is met. • Should be flexible working inside and outside the store as in when required by the management.
