Job Summary: Candidate would be responsible for handling following Essential Functions/ Role: *Identify potential clients & fixing up meetings. Planning and implementation of Marketing/sales strategies. * Responsible for converting leads into potential clients by gaining a clear understanding of client requirements & closing sales. * Follow up regarding payments. * Maintaining relationship with the client. * Be a part of Operational Team at the time of Shoot. Job Profile: Key Responsibility Areas: • Scheduling meeting with existing clients. • Meeting 3 to 4 clients every day. • Servicing the existing clients. • Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue from existing paid members. • Per client revenue optimization. • Responsible for client retention or no loss of accounts. • Ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures. • Keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables • Ensure timely delivery of services to clients. Experience: Fresher Qualification: Journalism and Mass Communication (Advertising & Marketing), Post Graduate, B.Sc.-MBA(Finance and Marketing), B.Sc.-MBA(operation/marketing), B.Com.- MBA Preferred Resume Format: MS-Word Compensation Details Salary: 50 Thousand to 60 Thousand (Indian Rupees) per annum Salary: As Management trainee receives Incentive +Conveyance + Expenses for first three months. On the basis of job performance and organizational behavior, after completion of three months He/she receive 1.8 L- 2.2 L annual package +Inventive.
