• End to End recruitment • Sourcing, Screening and short listing the profiles • Scheduling interviews • Pre and post interview follow ups. • Follow up with the candidate until he/she onboard the organization. • Experience in Head Hunting would be an added advantage. • Hands on experience in using Job Portals/Social Networking sites like LinkedIn etc. • Experience in recruiting Mid/Sr/Executive level profiles. • Experience in handling clients. • Experience in managing a small team. • Responsible for interacting / coordinating with clients on a regular basis. • Ensure that the service delivery is met. 1+yrs experience into IT recruitment.
