Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years experience in IT recruiting for US Process. Proven track record in staffing all levels of IT positions. Source, Screen and Submit potential candidates to the Delivery Managers or Team leads. Through knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle. Strong communication, organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge with various levels & roles and associated technologies. Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions. Good negotiating skills coupled with ability to close offers with candidates. Should be comfortable working in Night Shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills this position offers outstanding earnings potential including a base salary plus commissions on each closure.
