Job Description
· Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients. · Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. · Sourcing from Job Portals , References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc. Making job postings on the Job Portal. · Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. · Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. Skill Required:- · Must have prior expeence of US IT recruitment · 0 .5-6 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Recruitment. · Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills. · Excellent analytical and assessment capability. · Good Understanding of the Organizations Structure. · Willing to work as per US timings. (EST & PST) · Extensive technical knowledge in selected technologies to conduct primary screening · Must have prior experience in working in target oriented environment
