In 2013 our client served customers in more than 150 countries. Role: Attending to customer queries through emails and phones, in English- Daily Processing bookings by speaking with suppliers and tour operators and sending confirmations to customers - Daily Assisting in the effective functioning of the Customer Support Team- Daily Utilize your existing product and destination knowledge to provide and assist with consumer queries to increase conversion levels- Daily Prevent cancellations by speaking to customers, understanding the problem areas and providing solutions to them - Daily Cross and up-sell to continuously contribute to the business of the company - Daily - Conversions - customer inquiries to closed sales - Customer satisfaction - Number of positive customer reviews Develop Sales Skills Enhance their Customer Service skills Work across multi-cultural organisation giving an opportunity to understand on people management. Understand functioning of an Online Travel Company. Destination Knowledge. Develop on Logical and analytic skills Skills Strong communication skills – written and verbal Windows Operating Systems (Required) Client Servicing Skills (Required) The incumbent will be required to work in a 24*7 environment as the customers belong to different nations. However the work environment will be unlike of a typical BPO as our client is quality driven and not quantity.
