- Must have excellent programming ability in Java

- Must have experience in Core Java, JDBC, Connection Pooling, Multi-Threading, Collections.

- Good knowledge of design patterns and their implementation is a MUST

- Good working knowledge in PL/SQL language in Oracle DB is MUST

- Excellent written and oral English communication skills is MUST

- Good attitude with a willingness to learn new methodologies / skills and work within a team

- Confident personality and pleasant nature

- Engineering / MCA are preferred though not a constraint for a candidate having the right experience,

aptitude and good academic scores
