Implementation Executive

Job Description: Implementation Engineers are responsible for customer implementations of Global Infoways ERP-SIM software. Typical projects include the implementation, integration, and customization of SIM solution. Responsibilities • Implement, integrate, and customize GI’s proprietary, desktop and web-based solutions for Educational Institutions • Problem analysis, reporting and Improvisation of SIM as per clients’ business requirements • Work as a project manager to provide project task effort estimates and ongoing status updates • Maintain customer implementations and provide support for defect and problem resolution . General Requirements : • A computer science, engineering or MBA from a leading 4-year college or university (other majors considered with demonstrated working knowledge) • B.Sc. (IT), B.C.A. or related Bachelor’s degree from leading 3-year college or university, supported by excellent credentials will be considered • A Masters in Computer application, systems, technology or IT (other majors considered with demonstrated working knowledge) • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally
