Job Description

FinanceBaazar is an exciting new startup providing financial planning and financial services for the poor. FinanceBaazar is an offline and online platform for urban poor and low-income customers to plan, save, grow and build their financial assets through financial tools like insurance, banking, savings, investments, loans and other products.

The difference between FinanceBaazar and other financial companies is that our company cares for the low-income and urban poor segment by protecting them from frauds, chit funds, ponzi schemes so that they can save their hard money and use it to purchase homes, assets, insurance, health cover and other assets for their families. FINANCIAL SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Get Trained & Certified on financial services & marketing • Manage 15-20 FinanceBaazar Retailers across Delhi • Educate retailers and their staff about FinanceBaazar and financial products • Undertake customer education and marketing leading to customer enrolment • Manage customer queries and guide them to central support team • Stay updated about financial inclusion and services • Report to Business Development & Operations (BDO) Managers

ELIGIBILITY:-

• Apply only if you have minimum 3 years field experience and are willing to work in the field for minimum 75% out of 5 working days in a week. • Minimum 50% customer-facing work is required from everyone including CEO • Minimum 3 years relevant experience for this job position (microfinance, financial inclusion, money transfer, insurance, marketing, sales backgrounds) • Exceptional candidates only • Educational Qualifications should match job applied for (Example: Candidate applying for “WMA” profile should be a financial products sales/marketing/banking/finance/financial services/insurance/etc professional) • Hindi and English language skills must • Smart in interacting with people (high level of interaction with retailers, customers & team members) • Travel across Delhi/NCR slums (travel outside Delhi/NCR not required right now) • Female candidates would be given preference

JOB LOCATION:-

• Interested candidates may note that working location would be anywhere across Delhi. • Office timings would be 9:30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday (Saturdays would be reserved compulsory activities like team building, trainings, offsites, games, recreations and a little work also if required :)

OTHER DETAILS:-

• Probation for 3 month period. • 7-day induction and on-the-job training would be provided on joining. • Salary More than Competition + Annual Bonus + Incentive per Extra Customer above target
