Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 12th Pass out or any UG/Graduate can apply • Open to work in 24/7 work environment • Open for 6 days working with 01 rotational weekly off • Good Communication Skills • Open to work in voice profile • Any travel experience/diploma will be an added advantage • Freshers with good communication are eligible for the same. Job Description: • Handling inbound calls related to pre/post travel queries from IndiGo Customers worldwide • Assisting customer with making a reservation/modification/cancellation & Flight Information • Providing Excellent Customer Service
