Job Description
Responsibilities: • Work as part of a team of mobile developers and key functions involve 80% mobile development and 20% technical support • Provide technical support to customer ticket requests using Zendesk • Assist users to solve issues they have integrating our SDK in their iOS or Android mobile apps • Other ad hoc tasks related to programming as may be delegated Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Software Development or related equivalent • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar work • Excellent English comprehension and written skills • Excellent programming and software development skills • Sound knowledge of Android and iOS mobile development • Knowledge of integrating 3rd party SDKs • Must have access to MAC and PC and iOS and Android test devices • Gaming experience is a definite plus • Must have high speed internet • Honest, competent, highly committed to work • Must have excellent problem solving and customer support skills • Ability to foster and maintain good work relationship with clients • Be prepared for a technical exam to demonstrate skill sets Offer: • Full-time, long term contract with a US-based Client involved in Mobile Ad Network Service • Work hours: 9:00-17:00 PST or 21:30 – 5:30 India time, Mon – Fri. • Salary: 48,000 – 55,000 INR / month depending on qualifications and experience • Start of contract: ASAP
