QA/QC ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

QA/QC ELECTRICAL ENGINEER Job Description:- • Perform inspections and tests as required by the discipline all Electrical & Instrumentation installation activities at site • Prepare inspection/test reports and maintain the QA/QC files related to assignment • Assist with tracking and logging Non-Conformance Reports, Quality/Productivity Improvement Reports • Implementation of quality plan for this project, which include inspection, testing and proper documentation • Very good knowledge of the electrical and Instrumentation drawings • Ensure that all works complied with client/contractor issued (IFC) drawing, applicable standards and specification. • Installation, wiring and cable laying, termination, witnessing of insulation resistance test and hipot test. • Have thorough knowledge for the installation and testing of the HV & LV Switchgear, MCC, Cables and other electrical system • Inspect and witness the construction works as per their approved Inspection Test Plan. • Ensure the effective coordination with the client related to inspection, testing activities and documentation. • Maintain all Quality Control Report. • Control and monitoring of material flow to site, Controlling of drawing as per contract and client requirement. Key skills: - • Knowledgeable and experience and Quality Control, Audit and Inspection. • Installation and testing of electrical related indoor/outdoor lightings and maintenance. Qualification:- • Should be Graduated Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer. • Diploma in Electrical engineer. • Experience: - 3 to 5 year Experience.
