Job Description
- Independent handling of the sales and marketing function to achieve the top line and build the brand position in the Western zone. - Develop and Execute sales strategy in line with organizational focus areas. - Proactively seek new/alternate distribution channels to grow sales. - Achieving a sustainable business pipeline for the company quarter-wise. - Prepare Sales Forecasts for Western zone and keep the Management updated on the same - Works closely with Delivery Head to give development inputs for improving training /trainers based on the Voice of the Customer - Review sales and marketing strategy for Western zone at regular intervals and make adjustments in approach/policy and strategy in consultation with MD. - Client Relations Management. - New Accounts Acquisition & Management. - Develop specific plans to ensure growth targets are met. - Provide monthly results / assessment of sales staff productivity in terms of business. - Contribute to development of the marketing/sales strategy of the organization. - Ensure effective product/brand positioning, differentiation etc. - Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and address these. - Research, understand the external environment, its dynamics and implications on the L & D activities and plan accordingly. - Contribute to up-gradation of sales processes for greater process efficiency and maximum resource utilization. - Continuous up gradation of self to enhance potential and keep abreast of best of domestic and global trends. - Practice a strong code of ethics.
