US BENCH SALES

*1 to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment. *Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network. *Effective in selling strategies with US clients to meet business targets *Experience in gathering requirements from direct clients and through vendor management portals. *Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches. *Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, changing work environment. *Should have prior experience in managing Marketing team. *Knowledge in US Tax Terms (1099/W2/Corp-Corp) *Good experience in working with consultants on various visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, etc.,) *Ability to prioritize multiple functions , tasks and manage work time efficiently. Strong team player and a lead with positive mind set to drive results from the team Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
