JOB DESCIPTION- Business Development Executive Eligibility Criteria • 60% aggregate throughout ( UG/12TH/10TH) • Good communication skills • Added advantage to the experienced candidate. • Candidate should join immediately. Salary • For 6 months Probation period, Upto 2.00 Lacs (p.a) depending upon the relevant work experience • On successful completion of probation period the salary would be revised. Required Skills • Passion for growth- understanding of business. • Excellent communication and convincing skills ( Russian/French and English), both written and verbal • Good with computer skills( MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Should be smart, enthusiastic and motivated • High organised, able to multi-task and a go-getter. Job Duties • Generating leads by data base search, social media optimization, referencing techniques etc. • New client acquisition through corporate tie ups and business development from new and existing clients. • Keep a track of the clients, business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on the business. • Identifying prospective clients thereby achieving business targets. • Coordinating with operational team to identifying and promptly addressing clients queries thereby ensuring high client satisfaction level. • Managing client satisfaction and retention through regular follow ups. • Monitoring of payment details through new and existing clients. And preparing weekly/monthly MIS such as date of payment, outstanding contract renewal. • Candidate need to handle overall responsibility related to client services. • Time to time client follow up, servicing and deal closure
