Job Description

Requirements Bachelors degree or 10+2 equivalent work experience. Proactive and helpful. Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment 1 to 4 years experience. Good writing and verbal communication Skill Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently, welcoming to the public. Computer literate including word processing, e-mail. Job Duties (A) Front Office main work: 1. Maintaining & up keeping the Front Office. 2. Handling guest/ customers/ Clients queries. 3. Taking incoming calls and co-ordination the out going ones. 4. Making Quotations & other paper work. (B) Admin: Main Work: 1. Coordinating with Customers and staff. 2. Dispatch & keeping the records updated. 3. Documentation, filing and records: Maintenance of records. 4. Maintenance of Office Communication Systems. 5. Supervision of House keeping & maintenance of office premises, furniture etc. 6. Making Quotations & other paper work. 7. Keeping a track of record of leaves & attendance of employees. 8 Customer/client related documentation. 9. Billing
