BlueStraws Concepts is an exciting start up and funded company building a mobile marketing and customer engagement platform using mobile technology that allows customers to get targeted offers & deals from their favourite brands on the move and get rewarded for using them. We are looking for people who want to build and grow along with our vision. Role description/ Primary responsibilities Position - Sales Ninja The primary responsibilities would include • Win new clients. • Manage & retain existing accounts. • Establish and communicate business development strategies and targets for your territory and/or market. • Build referral and lead generation network. • Identify clients’ needs and gather+communicate client feedback Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. • Experience in sales for 1-2 years. • Excellent communication skills, a people’s person. • Innovative thinker and good negotiator. • A person with good networking skills. • A proactive self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team. • Has unlimited appetite for growth.
