Assistant Professor in Human Resource Management

Job Description: GBS invites applications for faculty positions from academic and corporate professionals on regular/contract basis. The following are details of the profile: • He / She should have in depth knowledge in Organisational Behaviour, Psychology of Human Behaviour, Human Resource Planning, Talent Management, Strategic Compensation, Strategic HR, Sectoral HR, Project HR, HR Consulting & Outsourcing, HR Analytics, HRIS, Labour Laws & Collective Bargaining for teaching and training to the students. • Coordinating and Executing the On campus and Off-campus Placement Activities • Identifying the companies database • Maintaining Linked-in Network and follow up with them • Follow up on new corporate projects for renewed opportunities • One stop contact and communication for internship companies • Coordinating and organizing the internship companies both profit and non-profit • Leading a team of Students to work on the placement activities • Collaboration with the Placement Companies • Actively participating in organizing the Workshop in association with the corporate • Also communicating with the Public Sector Units, NGOs and Govt Departments for applied projects • Seeking appointment ,going and making presentation to HR for Campus placement activities • Organizing Industry Visit, Industry Tours & Guest lectures • Planning, Coordinating and implementing HR Conclave • Process of registering with the corporate Work Experience: Minimum: 5 Years Maximum: 10 Years CTC: Minimum: 3 Lacs per annum maximum: 4 Lacs Per Annum Location of the Job: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Type of Industry: Any Management Institute/ MBA College/ Corporate/Reputed Placement Companies Key Skills: Teaching, Evaluation and Assessment, Research, Training, Functional Area: HR and Related Practices, exposure and experience Qualifications: 1st Class Post Graduate in Management with Teaching Experience in above mentioned areas/ Corporate Work Experience in HR Skill set/ Employer’s Name: GBS (School of Business Studies), Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
