JOB DESIGNATION: Technical Sales executive/Senior Technical Sales executive Salary : upto 3.65 LPA + Incentives Role: You need to understand the problems of our customers. You will answer their phone (and cell phone), troubleshoot issues and respond quickly and professionally. You need to transfer technical works to The Technical Support Engineer who provides comprehensive technical and application support in a fast paced SaaS environment. You must be able to work directly with customers in high pressure situations; have strong analytic, organizational, time management, and communication skills. You need to cooperate with team members and have to satisfy the customer with your work at maximum. You will interact with Technicians, Quality assurance team and HR. Key Responsibilities: - You need to convince the customers to buy our subscription plans. Then taking customers to our technical department by sharing their computer screen. - Track and close the loop on technical and customer related issues while providing the highest level of service and professionalism, resolution and follow up on customer needs/requests - Manage customer expectations while ensuring they feel a sense of urgency and clear understanding of issues. Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation for escalated issues.
