Job Description: Technical Writer • Responsibilities include researching, developing, planning, and writing online Technical documentation. • Will be responsible to create SOPs, Process workflows, User Manuals etc. • Works with team leads and managers to complete specific projects for various business lines. • Researches and develops content for technical networking products, operating product, servers, consumer hardware products. • Ensures all documents are technically and mechanically accurate. Industry/Functional Area/Role • Industry : IT-Software / Software Services • Functional Area: IT Software - eCommerce, Internet Technologies • Role Category: QA/Testing/Documentation • Role: Technical Writer Desired Candidate Profile: • Education: UG –Minimum Graduation Required. • The candidate must have min. 1.5years of experience in Technical writing. • Experience of working on various tools like MS Sharepoint designer, Robo Help Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, MadCap Flare and even PageMaker and Quark.
