Required – Sr. Voice and Accent Trainer

• The candidate would be responsible for giving Voice & Accent training to newly hired and existing CCE’s • Experience in International V&A / Soft Skills training is required. • Extensive knowledge of Voice Modulation & Accent Neutralization Training & different aspects of Communication Skills • Helping Front line Executives in improving their US Accent and Rebuttals that they face from US customers.
