Job Title: Job | AVP/ VP/SVP - PCG Wealth / Third Party Products / Real Estate / Loans

Exp.: 3-15 years

Salary: up to 25 lacs pa

Detailed Job Description:

1. This position is a profit center for the organization with independent P&L.

2. Your team will market and distribute TPP and Broking Products and Loans.

3. You will be responsible for up sell and cross sell of wealth and real estate products.

- Team Management

-To develop and manage relationships with Retail and High net worth clients in order to provide them with products and services in line with their risk profile.

-Proposing Asset allocation/Portfolio maintenance/Review of portfolio.

-To meet the revenue and product mix targets.

-To drive daily numbers

JOB SPECIFICATION

· Candidate should have understanding in Securities Stock Broking (must), TPP, MF, Loans, Tax planning, financial planning, profiling, fixed income, structured & unstructured products and Real Estate.

· They should be acquiring clients with an investible surplus of 10 Lacs & above.

· Should be in team management role for atleast an year.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

· Understand in detail clients investment needs & create a long term Asset Allocation plan.

· Acquire and advise HNI Clients in all asset classes like Debt, Alternate Assets, Equity, Mutual Funds .

· Handle the client’s investment portfolio; the core thrust is on asset allocation and managing complete family wealth.

· Candidate will have to build his own data base of clients.
