Position - Technical Support Executive Location - Gurgaon Experience Required - Any Graduate OR Post Graduate with 1 year exp as Technical Support. Technical Knowledge - BIOS, BSOD, IP Configuration, Modem, Router, Trace route, ISP Troubleshooting, Networking. Salary/Benefits - 23K + 1500 incentives/ month + Both Side Cab Job Details : Handle External and Internal Customer incoming service requests/ problem notification calls Should be able to probe and identify the problem on call Should be able to conduct basic troubleshooting for known issues using standard documents Maintain internal chat Should be able to draft emails in response to customer queries Warm transfer calls to appropriate Equifax departments and resolver groups Create the Tickets in ISM and close out/resolve tickets created Page out on call application teams for Impact 3 or 4 issues Transfer Service Requests to control desk for Impact 1 or 2 issues Determine Impact level of Service Request Knowledge of active directory management is desirable.
