Designation: - Technical Support Executive (TSE) Job Description:- 1. Providing technical support to international clients through Phone, Chat and Email. 2. Providing technical assistant to international clients (USA, Canada and Australia). 3. Knowledge of troubleshooting of Email issues, Printer Issues, Virus Issues, Network Issues (Wired and Wi-Fi), Windows and Mac Issues. 4. Ability to communicate clearly with clients. 5. Excellent Communication Skills. 6. Should be technically strong. 7. Basic troubleshooting knowledge of computer peripherals will be advantage. 8. Ability to communicate clearly with clients over phone. 9. Software assistance. Qualification:- 1. 10+2 any stream, Under Graduates, and B.E/B.tech (computers/IT), BCA Graduates and Post Graduates. Requirements:- 1. Open for 24*7 environments. 2. Working Experience: Min. 6 Months in any inbound process (USA, Canada, and Australia). 3. Inbound Technical support experience would be added advantages. 4. Fresher can also apply with Excellent Communications skills and basic Technical knowledge. Salary:- 1,20,000 LPA to 5,00,000 LPA (depends on skills & experience).
