Job Description
• Conducting eye testing in the store • Contact Lens Sales Analysis and solving trouble shootings • Quality Check (QC)-Pre and post QC. Process Compliance-Compliance to the refraction clinic and contact lens clinic processes. Refraction • Ensure day-to- day smooth running of the clinical operations. Counseling of clients/ customers for eyewear products • Understanding the customer requirements • Maintaining and developing customer relationship • Having in-depth product knowledge • Strong in follow ups with the prospective customers • Prescribe, supply, fit and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses and other vision aids. • Educate and counsel customers on contact lens care, visual hygiene, lighting arrangements and safety factors.
