Job Description: 1 Introduction and development of new client servicing protocols. 2 Persuading clients to buy advertising space 3 Strong relationships with clients and agencies. 4 Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contacting them. 5 Content Management and the liaisoning with the concerned agency for timely release of the tabloid. 6 Explaining the benefits of your medium, using statistics on readership or viewing figures 7 Offering a price and negotiating around it and closing the deals recording all possible details. 8 Experience in space selling and concept selling. 9 Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market. 10 Generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle 11 Offering a price and negotiating around it 12 Build customer loyalty through coordination with back-end support functions viz., customer service, billing and other functions 13 A proven ability to effectively generate and describe creative, results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base 14 Experience in effectively managing a number of accounts 15 Ability to process information and incorporate feedback into an interactive business conversation Plan and budget revenue generation for the month. Desired Candidate Profile: • Must be graduate with basic computer skills(knowledge of Microsoft excel & word) • Experience in real estate domain(preferably in Delhi NCR region) • An individual of high integrity, energy and enthusiasm; self-directed and motivated • Excellent communication, probing, listening and presentation skills • An initiator in both independent thinking and establishing relationships • Candidates with own conveyance would be preferred • Good Communication, Customer Orientation, Confidence & positive approach, Analytical skills, Interpersonal Skills are required • Highly self motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes. • Should be good in Relationship Management and business targets achievement • Able to think creatively and structure solution.
