HI We are looking for freshers to work in our company as Trainee IT Recruiter with good Communication skills Job title: Trainee IT Recruiter Job Location: Hyderabad Company name: Ram infotech sdn bhd Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure the adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner Should have ability and interest to manage/work on HR consulting, Recruitment, staffing, Training and development activities, should able to manage Human capital branch as full time employee cum partner or franchisee partner Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
