Sr. Business Dev Manager/Sr Relationship Manager

Salary : 2 Lacs to 7 Lacs salary vary on role.

Job Profile: SI (BDM/Sr BDM): Has to maximize team of Business Associates from own references and then has to train them to sell our service products of Rapid Help Company, Business Associates will get paid on commission basis on the Business done by them. BDM/Sr BDM has to monitor the team of Business Associates and train them and to make sure they hit monthly/annual business numbers. For all these activities BDM/Sr BDM will get extra payouts as incentives apart to their salary.
