Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation Mandatory Minimum experience of 1-3 years in outbound telesales processes at reputed companies/BPOs. Minimum 1 year experience in a role wherein the incumbent has managed at least 10 people. Excellent communication skills. Pleasing and dynamic personality with high confidence levels in self. Self-motivated with a go-getting attitude. Comfortable of basic computing especially on spreadsheets, power point and email. The candidate should have good communication and Team handling skills. The candidate sholud be passionate, energetic, motivational &dedicated to his work. The candidate would have adequate database support from the company.
