Job Description
We are hiring for “ Technical Support Executive” (Voice Process) with International BPO "GENPACT" in Gurgaon Location.
Facilities:
• Day shift Only • World Class V&A Free Training (Salary will be given even during training period) • Employee Centric Policies • One way Cab facility in Odd hours • 6 days working
Education:
Graduate degree (10+2+3) in a technical field such as B-Tech, B-SC, BCA or other formal technical diploma/ graduation. OR Graduation degree in non – technical field with minimum of 1 year of work experience in a Desktop Support/ Server Support program with an International/ Domestic BPO. Candidates working in Semi Tech/ Telecom/ Billing programs are not eligible for this role. OR Graduation degree in non – technical field with minimum of 1 year of work experience in a Consumer Electronics program handling Mobile/ Laptop technical issues only. Candidates handling general issues/ order registration are not eligible for this role.
Experience:
0.3 - 2 years of tech support experience in call center – Domestic / International.
Technical Skills (preferred): • Networking • Windows OS • MS Office 2007 onwards • IE6 onwards • PC/Laptop/Handheld/Mobile/Tab • Outlook 2007 onwards • Working knowledge of Android OS & other Android based applications Salary Structure: • 1.68 lac P.A(min.) to 2.40 lac P.A (max.) • Unlimited Incentives
