JOB TITLE : Deputy Manager – Agency Development FUNCTION : DSF-SRU JOB DESCRIPTION :jk ? Responsible for championing FOS Management of the agency force through innovative recruitment process of Financial Advisors. ? Develop advisor quality through various initiatives. ? Champion Advisor recruitment process ? Drive sales force in recruitment ? Manage multiple branches ? Tie ups with consultants, supermarkets, exhibition, promoters ? Lead Generation activities ? Prospecting: Managing the prospect base of advisors. ? Develop Advisor quality through various training programs. (Product knowledge / Selling skills etc.) EXPERIENCE : ? Minimum 5 years ? Champion Advisor recruitment Process ? Drive sales force in recruitment ? Manage multiple branches ? Tie ups with consultants, supermarkets, exhibition, promoters ? Lead Generation activities ? Prospecting: Managing the prospect base of advisors. ? Develop Advisor quality through various training programs. (Product knowledge / Selling skills etc.) OTHER CRITERIA : ? Concept Selling experience & knowledge of business planning tools ? Channel Development Experience, Business Development Experience ? Knowledge of setting up business alliances, partnership, tie ups, distributorship and franchisee ? Retail Sales Management techniques ? Sound understanding/knowledge of the Financial Services Sector SKILLS REQUIRED : ? Excellent Interpersonal Skills ? Excellent job knowledge ? High energy levels ? Self driven & dynamic personality ? Excellent Communication skills ? Ability to handle stress ? Initiative and Confident EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : Preferably an MBA , must be a graduate from a recognized University
