POSITION DETAILS • Transaction Management for leasing and sale of office space for corporate occupiers and end users. • Negotiation and closure of deals, execution of the EOI, LOI, Agreement. • Business Development and Leads sourcing for commercial real estate brokerage. • Handling communication and proper follow-ups with perspective business associates. • Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. • Managing team of corporate leasing – commercial in Delhi NCR. • Directing and managing personnel functions including distribution of work assignments, personnel mentoring and disciplinary actions.
