Job Description 1. Position: - Tele caller No. of Vacancies: - 50 Experience: - Should have Min 6 month of calling experience in life Insurance and Holiday Package. Basic Salary: - 7-14 K + Best Floor incentives + Monthly incentives in the industry. 2. Position: - Team Leaders No. of Vacancies: - 5 Experience: - Should have Min 2 years to 3 years of calling experience in life Insurance and Holiday Package. The candidate having a team of 5-6 Tele callers would be given preference. Basic Salary: - 15-20 K + Best Floor incentives + Monthly incentives in the industry. 3. Position: - Team Manager No. of Vacancies: - 2 Experience: - Should have 3-4 Years experience should having Team 10-20 people Basic Salary: - 20-30 K + Best Floor incentives + Monthly incentives in the industry. 3. Position: - HR Cordinator No. of Vacancies: - 2 Experience: - Should have min 6 month experience with a any outbound bpo.
