Should have Experience in Real Estate Marketing (Sale /Rent /Resale /Original Booking) especially in Gurgaon Area, Good communication, negotiation skills and good clientele. Candidate must be Graduate / Post Graduate with Specialization in Marketing and should be dynamic. Should have at least one years of Experience in related field , Knowledge of Delhi NCR must Job Description 1. Promoting / Selling / Renting New & Old Real Estate Projects by Developers / Clients which includes Residential Plots, Houses, Apartments, Commercial Plots, Shops, Offices, Malls, Restaurants etc. in Gurgaon. 2. Maintain accurate and up to date information on competition. 3. Identify key customer needs through formal research, survey, sales calls & meetings 4. To negotiate, finalize and to do all the jobs and formalities require closing the deals. 5. Maintaining and Developing Relationships with Existing Customers. 6. Vehicle is Mandatory for the Field Executives 7. Prepare sales reports (enquiry rate, type etc.) for Marketing Manager and Senior Management 8.
