Job Description

Experience in handling : Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automobiles, Fabrication, Power Drives, Manufacturing& Project Management Roles and Responsibilities 1. Prepare quotations with detail costing in response to client’s inquiries. 2. Communicate with customers (internal& external) to address their needs promptly and to follow through on commitments. 3. Initiate new projects with detail BOM, Specification, QA and other requirements. 4. Prepare technical specifications for new products& upgrade existing product specification as product improves. 5. Assists, control& coordinate for all new projects with respective departments as defined in organization chart. 6. Lead and assist critical purchasing for any technical& material resource support to procure critical parts in time with best possible price and delivery. 7. Respond to technical quires for products& parts procurement internally& externally with clients& suppliers. 8. Provide leadership/ assistance for Design Department to design, develop new products and technology while also identifying opportunities to improve existing products. 9. Acquire and apply skills necessary to design, develop and introduce new products with the greatest possible design margins and in the shortest amount of time. 10. Ensure application of correct codes, standards and design engineering practices in the design and development of mechanical systems and associated with the Company’s (oil and gas). 11. Assist General Manager for any administrational requirements. 12. Prepare internal job description for employees and update accordingly based on change in responsibility and status of employee. 13. Assist QA/ QC department for continual improvement& implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001:2000 within the company. 14. Assist production department for any technical support and follow up for all ongoing projects work progress in order to complete the projects on time. 15. Assist After-Sales Service to ensure trouble free operation to meet customer satisfaction in coordination of Production Department. 16. Indentifies, quantifies, develop and implement tools, methods, techniques, processes& equipments, which improves the quality, reliability& productivity of the products, department and to increase companies competence level. 17. Conduct training and development of skills for the employees& clients on requirements and its related systems.
