Manager – Anodizing & Powder coating (10-20 yrs exp) Location - Hyderabad, Telangana (dt), India • Responsible for entire process of Powder Coating for Aluminium Extrusion Profiles. • Process control Parameters of Powder Coating, Anodizing, Quality control of raw and finished products. • Checking aluminum billet quality on spectrometer, Oven tracking with Data Logger, monitoring of DM water units maintaining of processing parameter of chemical baths. • Prepared and implemented Slandered Operational procedure of powder coating and anodizing. • Improved quality of Powder Coating and anodized products. • Processing of Metallic and Non metallic powders. • Heading entire process and team of Anodizing & Powder Coating. • Must have a good track record.
