Position: Customer Care

*Operation handing *Handling customer queries - related to reservations, bookings, flight timings, or any other information regarding the airline. *Process - Voice / Blended *24/7 working environment.(Must be flexible with night shifts) *On direct pay rolls *Entitled to benefits according to company policies *6 days working - (Rotational off) *Graduate/Undergraduate *Must have minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service / Fresher
