Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: - Primary role would involve making outbound calls to obtain mortgage related leads in Canada (source of contacts would be provided). - Look out to recruit more professionals to create a team at offshore (over a six months period) - Leadership skills to lead an offshore team independently - Effective co-ordination with onshore (Vancouver, Canada) team to identify performance enhancement opportunities.

Requirements: - 1 year or more experience in making/receiving international call. - Good communication skills - Enthusiasm about a new venture. - Voice and accent train would be an asset. - Experience on the technicalities of a call center would be an asset.
