Job Description
Responsibilities
Receive support requests (calls/ whatsapp/ mail/ tickets system) from customers
Verify the issues stated and assign to relevant teams
Follow up on solution of the issues and explain the same to customers
Close tickets in system and maintain turn-around time service levels
Skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Identify escalations and handle the same quickly.
Ability to patiently understand customer issue.
Should be good to check the software/ understand customer queries.
The ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
Excellent telephone mannerisms. Support will be provided over the phone when needed.
Good knowledge of English (spoken & written) is required.
