JOB SUMMARY

An executive will reach to the public, engage them via Tele-calling, and help RAHl's operations to increase the regular fundraising income within an efficient cost-income ratio, build and ensure individual targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be responsible for achieving the daily/ weekly targets, in accordance with agreed Key Performance indicators (KP ls).

Implement the individual regular giving/one time fundraising plan.

Maintain an understanding of RAHi' s programs, campaigns and causes, to be able to talk convincingly to potential supporters about the organization's work and ensure team members do the same.

Reporting to the Team Leader on a daily/weekly and monthly basis with the progress on agreed targets.

Work in along with the team and contribute to create a positive team environment to grow supporter base.

Ensure correct messaging about organization and it is fund raising products/asks.

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
