Responsibilities:
Motivated, Self -driven an individual who is looking to work in a lean and dynamic environment.
Cold calling.
Indentify and reach out to new business prospects/leads based on predefined criteria.
should be able to reasearch target accounts, identify key players and genrate their interest.
Pitch to prospects/customers on various services( Web Designing/Digital Marketing).
Develop a robust pipeline and monitor it using the company's CRM.
Knowledge/Experience in the technology industry prospecting and selling solution led deals to SME.
Carry Meeting, Opportunity, RFX & Closure targets.
Perform research to identify customer needs, pain points and market gaps.
Follow up with prospects on a regular basis.
Requirments:
0-3 Years of relevant work experience in inside sales in domestic geography for B2B industry.
Ebility to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication plateforms ( via telephone, Email, WhatsApp & linkedIn)
Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new processes.
Effectively Listening, communication (verbal & written) and phone skills.
Able to work with a team.
Highly self motivated and proven problem solving abilities.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environement.
