Sr. Solr Consultant

Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Solr Consultant -

Responsibilities

•             Solr experts. Lucidworks is a plus

•             Experience building custom search components, facet filters on Solr.

•             Experience building API which can consume data and index them to Solr in a shared environment using update Handler.

•             Experience customizing SOLR/Lucene based on business needs.

•             Experience with SOLR advanced features like dismax, edismax, grouping, real-time search using a technique like fuzzy, wildcard, facet searches.

•             Experience with SolrJ API to create Solr Client/Solr Server for Multiple instances.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/Engineering; Computer Science or any equivalent degree

• Strong IT Project execution experience with 4+ in Java/SOLR Technology

• Hands-on development in core Java technology

• Proficiency in data analysis, search methodologies and approaches

Preferred qualifications

• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
