Social Media Manager

Fate Capital (a startup hedge fund) is seeking a marketing professional to join us on the ground floor i.e. someone to take care of all our marketing/advertising needs, from social media handles to taking care of press coverage. 

Responsibilities:

Be able to speak intelligently to potential investors about the fund and its strategy.

Grow our following and outreach on social media, specifically on Twitter and Instagram (even LinkedIn)

Communicate and execute shared marketing plans and coordinate with content managers to create compelling and eye catching content.

Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers, vital strategic partners, and clients.

Brainstorm and develop brand positioning and marketing programs.

Develop your own clear and measurable goals, report progress monthly, communicate final results and re-incorporate results to improve acquisition cycle

Qualifications:

Passion for marketing and social media is a huge plus (also a plus if you already have a good following, but not necessary!)

Experience in capital raising (for profit or non-profit) and managing relationships is a plus.

Excellent writing and communication paired with interpersonal skills.

Possess emotional intelligence

Highly motivated self-starter that likes to have fun and seeks results.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and maintain patience as you develop your new client base.
