Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
1-Retaining existing clients, regaining old clients, and cross-selling the new clients
2-Key Account Management, follow-ups & incidence management
3-Regular visits to existing clients and building relationships
4- Co-ordination and payment follow-ups.
5-Client servicing and solutions to deliver on KPI’s
6-Planning and managing campaign execution –sustenance and customer interventions
7-Client engagement: taking briefs from client and coordinating with teams for the successful execution of the briefs (Analytics/Creative/Data/Campaign etc)
8-Leading process improvement initiatives for seamless client/brand experience
9-Periodic campaigns and campaign reviews with clients (reporting and presentation)
10-Bring in innovations to improve customer and campaign response.
