Job Title : Sales Manager/Sr Executive Sales

Job Profile : Sale / Purchase / Renting of Residential Properties in Gurgaon

Working on verified Leads, confirmed inventory, arranging site visits and closing the deals.

Qualifications :

1. Basic Educational Qualification min Graduate

2. Good Communication Skills

3. Preferably from Real estate background

We are looking for Real Estate Sales Executive on Commission base structure and of 40/60 ratio splits model in every sale. In consideration of their services, they will be paid Rs 250/day for their transport and mobile allowances. Commissions will be paid only, when payment has been received from the client/customer in full/the final order.

The working hours will be from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday. The candidate should be punctual and regular in their duties and will not absent without prior permission of the Management.

During their employment with the Company, Bharat Hotels & Infrastructure will provide them the Company Laptop/Desktop, Business Cards and their official email Id, expenses for any promotional activities, for property or company advertisements etc. The Company shall also have the final discretion to determine any commission splits or other disputes over commissions if the salespersons involved cannot come to agreement among themselves

Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads

Scheduling and conducting meetings with the customers

Understanding the need of customers and catering their needs accordingly.

Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

Report on sales activities to senior management

Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

Compiling and analysing sales figures

Collecting customer feedback and market research

Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Candidate Must possess excellent Communication skills and Highly Presentable

Own conveyance is a must
