Job Description
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guests and provide general support to visitors.
Answer queries and address complaints.
Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups and strengthening of relationshipwith the customers.
Maintaining students database.
To focus on closures and to work with the Team.
To achieve the fixed target of making calls and walk-ins are happening on a daily basis.
Must do tele -callings and support other departments in revenue generation activities.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers when necessary.
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation Develop and maintain a filling system.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
