Job Description:-

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing/Headhunting candidates through all possible channels such as Job Portals and references, social & professional networking etc.
Screening and shortlisting relevant profiles and scheduling candidates for interviews with in a stipulated time frame.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to research, understand the business process and to work without supervision or with little supervision.
Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
