Cloud & voip Server Engineer

-Good Knowledge with Asterisk / IVR / VOIP/IPBXarchitecture and protocol deep knowledge.

-Troubleshooting

-Worked on Vicidialer

-Hands on for NETWORKING is must for this position.

-Experience for working on Live Server.

-IVR Management system(Inbound, Outbound) in Sql , Mysql

-Asterisk dial(Inbound, Outbound) plan with my sql

-Configuration of soft & hard phones (IP phones, Linksys device).

-To keep track of complaints and solution’s provided.

-Configuration, Maintenance Local PBX Server

-Configuration, Maintenance and updating hosted Asterisk server.

-Maintenance of Hosted Dialler

-Creation, configuration, maintenance Of IVR, DID .

-Creation, configuration, maintenance of different services in Asterisk.

-Configure Vicidial and Goautodial Dialer on client end and hosted dialer (Outbound & Inbound configuration, agent and superior creation and granting access).

-Experienced with Linux environment working and command executions will be preffered.

-Excellent in client communication in English and giving training & Ability to handle team and coordinate with them.

-Good Com skills & Confident Personality.
